Whether that's a humble coffee house, cutting edge speciality shop, or anywhere in between. We at Black Rabbit Service hope to assist with assuring your equipment meets and exceeds expectations day in and day out.
So with that, welcome to our Help Center!
It would be insane (and a bit deranged) to cover detailed guides on every specific piece of equipment out there... but that is why we rely on our sales, service, and technical support teams...
For their expertise on the specifics (PS: Hit us UP!)... The goal here is to get you thinking, empowered, and curious of the whats, whys, and hows regarding equipment best use practices. Because, trust us, you'll notice night and day differences (cost of ownership, coffee quality, emergency service requests... the list goes on) between equipment that has been cared for and ones that haven't. Plus, you'll make a technicians day when they don't need to fish a clogged drain hose out from a floor drain that's been treated like a grease trap!
