Commercial coffee equipment (like any service industry appliance) is inherently accompanied by risks. The list of potential dangers isn't long (yet well documented in manufacturer user manuals), but that is where our diligence to safety measures can keep ourselves, equipment, and locations safe from harm. While not an exhaustive list, there are a few key points to keep in mind while preparing a site or servicing equipment.
First: Trust the experts.
- Relying on a trusted and experienced espresso technician to install and service coffee equipment reduces the risk of things getting off to a rough start. The Black Rabbit Service team are experts of their craft; deeply knowledgeable of wide range of manufacturer requirements and model nuances.
Second, but tied for first: Manufacturer specifications.
- Adhere to manufacturer specifications regarding water, power, water filtration requirements, and user manuals for proper use. This information is included with the equipment or readily available on most manufacturer websites. OR reach out to us and we'll be certain to provide the right info.
